At Smita's Glam World, we strive to provide exceptional beauty services. We understand that plans can change, and we aim to be fair and transparent regarding cancellations and refunds.
Cancellation and Refund Terms
Please read our policy carefully before booking your service:
- Cancellations Before the Scheduled Date: If you need to cancel a service appointment before the scheduled date, 50% of the total service amount will be retained by Smita's Glam World as a cancellation fee. The remaining 50% of the amount paid will be refunded to you.
- Cancellations On or After the Scheduled Date: No refunds will be issued for cancellations made on or after the scheduled date of the service.
- No-Shows: In the event of a no-show (client does not arrive for the appointment without prior notice), no refund will be provided.
- Rescheduling: We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. Rescheduling requests will be accommodated based on availability and may be subject to an administrative fee if within a short notice period. Please contact us as soon as possible to discuss rescheduling.
- Service Issues: If you are dissatisfied with a service, please contact us within 24 hours of your appointment to discuss your concerns. We are committed to ensuring client satisfaction and will address issues on a case-by-case basis.
